Phase 0 — Foundation

Phase 0 lays the foundations for the project, including scoping, ordering and setting up critical infrastructure components such as the compute platform, perception sensors, voice I/O, the emergency stop circuit, the development repo, and cloud GPU and API access.

Most of the work here is infrastructure, and aims to ensure smooth progress downstream.
